+  * pathfinding - ability to calculate best angle of attack into the wind, not risk parawing by going directly into the wind, find alternative landing sites?
+  * kite shape - enchanced or not?
+  * control, method of turning, servos + bar, motor + drive shaft + t bar, winch + bridle
+  * flight computer - gumstix for gps, digital compass, complex pathfinding, comms + PIC for controlling motors/servos + sensors?

+ed: - Although reduced weight is a good thing in general, weight will help us control the wing. Also, when you factor in cameras and the actual mechanics, 750g seems like a more realistic target to me- we'll still have to be building light to get it in under that!
