The GEVER HAB Project
Background
Started at January 2011, this is probably the first Israeli HAB project at UKHAS, and perhaps the first independent project in Israel.
Design Principles
- An upgradable platform (Components would be as separated as possible to allow flexible upgrading)
Current Challenges
- Landing - Because of the small size of Israel, the payload will have to navigate itself to a predefined area (a 10 km radius is OK).
