A rocket launched from a balloon.

Some possible solutions to help launch rockoons:
  * A high speed GPS (10Hz update rate) can be used to adjust the rocket attitude.
  * Attempt to reduce lat and lon velocities to 0.
  * A sun sensor can be used to determine the roll rate of the rocket, the rollrate must be reduced.
