-Suggested Guidelines to help improve safety for other air users and the general public.

-  * Payloads should be kept small - just a few hundred grams at most. 
-  * At least 30mm of polystyrene foam (or similar) all round - this not only insulates the payload but adds impact protection.

-  * Parachutes should be securely attached to the payload - a parcel knot is suggested as a good way of ensuring the payload is attached and can't come apart.
